Order Management Extension to split the Order line

Does Order Management Extensions have capability to split an Order line.

Say the condition like:

If Order line Qty > Max Qty, split the line into 2 . One with max Qty other with remaining Qty.

Max Qty for the Line will be stored in EFF.

If anyone have came across this requirement, please advise
