Unable to reset admin password

Summary:

My tenancy is LD50email and my admin password stopped working 3 weeks ago. I have tried many times and in many different ways to reset the password, but the password reset email never arrives. The Cloud tenancy is linked to my Oracle Account Profile, and the email address I use my Oracle Account is the same as I’m using in my Oracle Cloud admin account, but again, the OCI admin email reset password never arrives.

The OCI Cloud Chat Support recommended I post into this forum, so I am doing so. Ironically, I was trying to log into to upgrade my account from Free to Paid (which would allow me to create MOS tickets), so any help would be much appreciated.
