Summary:

We have a requirement of exporting contract attachment in bulk, I read some oracle support note, it looks like as per this Bulk Export Contract Attachments (Doc ID 2722458.1), it is not supported.

There is a section in the implementation manual about Perform Bulk Export, wanted to know what is the feature for then? Appreciate if you can share some thoughts.
