Accrual Clearing rule impact on inventory onhand

Summary:

Accrual Clearing rule ,will it clear both RNI and INR ? When tested for the PO as finally closed, we could see which ever is not invoiced is also getting cleared and which is over invoiced is also getting cleared. So ideally it has the capability to clear both RNI and INR ?

Does it Impact on inventory onhand? Will the onhand qty get changed if we clear the accrual or only there is an impact to accrual accounting
