Different work-centers under same organization has different shifts. Unable to add multiple shifts.

Current condition : "As of now, only 2 shifts are available for one WorkCentre - "one user-defined shift" and "24 hours shift". We can change shift by adding resource exception from "Manage WorkCentre resource calendar".

Requirement: Different work-centers within same organization has different shifts. Example: Some work-centre has 8-hour shift, some has 10-hour shif, some has 12-hour shift, some has 24-hour shift e.t.c

Issue: As of now we are only able to associate one shift with one manufacturing calendar. We didn't see any option to create calendar for each work center, so we tried to associate multiple shifts with the same manufacturing calendar. e.g: Tried creating 8-hour shift, 10-hour shift and associated it with Organization Calendar in 'Manage Facility Schedule'. After this we were able to see these shifts in Manufacturing but not in Planning.
