How to display supplier address DFF on supplier Address main page using Application Composer

Summary:

We have additional information when navigated inside the supplier Address Name (Navigation: Supplier »Address»click on Address Name hyperlink) as shown below

 

Is there any way we can display this Additional information on the main Supplier address page as shown below? without navigating inside the address name? If yes, how can we achieve it?
