Summary:

Error "the approval history can't be displayed because this task couldn't be assigned to any approver" coming while creating Local Purchase order.

Users has done changes in deliver to location in oracle cloud. They had change Deliver to location ABC to XYZ and after that they tried to create Purchase order with new deliver to location which is XYZ.
