Cannot see uploaded username in security console

Hello experts,

we are massively uploading username with a different user category (please, see below example).

We launched the following three processes but nothing changed (username is not visible yet):

-Send Pending LDAP Requests;
-Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes;
-Import User and Role Application Security Data

How can I successfully create usernames with custom category?
