What's happen if set-up capacity rules during create an Instructor Led Offering?

Hi all

I've created an Instructor Led Offering within "Minimum Capacity" 2 and "Maximum Capacity" 2 .

I've assign the offering a unique Learner but I didn't see effect about this capacity rules.

Do you know what's happen when set up the Capacity rules?
