OTL-If we embed the person_ID in a timecard attribute on timecard, can we route to him for approval

edited Jul 26, 2024 1:09PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary: We need to route to its respective Approver of each Resolution Code/Number (as shown in the screenshot). To achieve this, we have set up a timecard field that automatically retrieves the approver's person number from the EIT. However, we are having difficulty creating the rule condition that directs the approval to the approver mentioned in the EIT of the employee’s secondary assignment (We are not using ELA rules because ELA does not support the Application Role functionality for approval routing, which we have implemented for employees with primary assignments).
