Summary:

Does anyone have experience converting data from a non-ORC system where you want to load responses to a Questionnaire associated with a "Request More Information" Job Application type flow?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We need some HDL Data Load expertise from Oracle to solve a HDL
Loading process to convert Question/Response code for a Candidate's Job Application from their old ATS (iCMIS) to ORC. Basically, the Client's old ATS has a candidate's answer to job application questions that are now part of ORC's Job Application Flow - Request Additional Info flow type application as a Request Additional Information > Questionnaire, and we want to load via HDL Loader those Responses to those questions into this Questionnaire. We are getting an error because we believe that in order to do this the .DAT file requires additional syntax to direct the converted data to load into a
