Change position of Chat status bar

Hi,

By default chat status bar appears on the agent desktop above the ribbon on top right corner.

I would like to change it to the middle.

I know we can change the left and right side contents of content pane by drag and drop. but not anything above the top ribbon.

Can anyone help me with this.
