In Oracle Recruiting Cloud, we currently have the capability to download job offer letters in both PDF and RTF formats using the "Adjust Offer Letter" feature. While the RTF format includes tokens and the PDF format includes token values, the hiring team is unable to edit the PDF offer letters.
Our business requires the ability to download the offer letter in Word format, specifically after the "Post Offer Extend" action. This functionality is crucial for us to make necessary edits to the offer letters.

Could you please suggest a timeline for when this issue can be addressed and resolved?
