Deliver Goods - Won't let me continue delivery

When trying to create a delivery from 'Deliver Goods' it asks me to display the barcode of a Delivery

It does not allow me to make the Delivery since it asks me to enter a 'Delivery' or scan a barcode.

Is there a way to continue without displaying a barcode?
