Can we create a global enterprise contract not assigned to single business unit

Summary: We have a requirement to be able to create a contract as global and not assigned to single business unit. The Contract will be applicable to one supplier across different business unit/legal entities rather than creating it separately for each business unit. A single global contract will suffice the requirement.
