How to add or Define reporting Establishment in core HR

Summary:

When Employee report an incident in Workplace Health and Safety Incident Page, there is location to be selected on incident page. Those location as reported as part of Establishment in OSHA 300 report. These locations are already created in core HR, I want to add reporting Establishment as part of those location. Can anyone guide, how to create reporting establishment in Human Capital Management.
