DFFs are not visible in Person Managment

Issue with DFFs linked to Action in the person management page.

We are facing an issue with DFFs linked to Actions are not showing in the Person Management Page, such as Action ( Transfer, Promote, Change Assignment, etc), However, other DFFs are showing in the Action ( Add assignment), Any idea/explanation of the logic behind this behavior.

Note, the DFFs are working fine and visible in the responsive page, however, it is needed to be shown in the person management page as well for business requirement
