Approval required if employee updates own personal info and Auto approve if line manager updates

Summary:

Hi.

On the personal info we want to trigger a approval if employee updates something on his personal info via ESS, but if a HR or line manager updated the person info through MSS it should be auto approve.

If we write a rule based on Requestor role contains employee role then trigger approval, even a Line manager and HR will also have a Employee role; its triggering approval.

OR if the rule says Requestor role contains like %manager% or %HR% should be auto approved, in this case if HR or LM updates their own person info those transaction will be auto approve.
