Business rule is not executing for selected members and not working when the calc block has logic

Summary:

We have encountered an issue with a newly created business rule where the if condition and fix statements do not execute as expected. The problem manifests as follows:

Behavior of New Rule:

The new rule fails to execute the logic inside the if condition.
The fix block also does not process correctly under these conditions.
The rule appears to function correctly if no logic is present inside the if or fix blocks (we used just @Return function and it errored out with error message as expected) and if block is opened with a Sparse dimension member.
