create an anonymous chat

Hi all,

We have a configuration where the customer will be taken initially to the chat_loading page and when he enters the details like first name and last name and his question and clicks on submit, he will be routed to chat_landing page.

 

Say some of our customers doesn't want to share their information with us. Can we make this chat anonymous?
