Sending non top of stack records and later using Extracts
in HCM Extract

Hi team,
We are working with a vendor to send the relevant assignment information for employees for their time entry system. One of the requirements includes sending the non top of stack / history records, as well as any records that's been processed post the change.
For instance - if an employee has three assignment actions - if there's a change on the second action, we are expected to send the second action as well as the latest action to the vendor. This would be a changes only file.
