Send email notification to the Preparer when a reconciliation is Rejected ONLY by Reviewer.

Summary:

When a reviewer rejects a reconciliation, responsibility returns to the preparer, and the status changes to Open with Preparer. Reviewers should add a comment to a rejected reconciliation. A email notification has to be sent only to Preparer

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As a solution we have configured the format where Reject count>1 then send a notification mail and tagged that format to Reconciliation.

Usually we don’t want notifications to business users hence we disabled notifications. Now we want notification only when reviewer Rejects the notification

If we set “You are the reconciliation preparer and status changes to open with preparer to "IMMEDIATELY"” then notification going irrespective Rejects count after ENABLE the email notifications
