We are unable to edit the self-paced activity after loading through HDL

We have loaded the self-paced activity through HDL and we have learning content number. However, we are unable to edit the self-paced activity > offering content once we access as learning specialist/application administrator through Learning administration area in My Client Groups. Is this expected or Is there some way to edit self-paced activity which been loaded through HDL?
