Unable to link the joining between Pick confirm lines and shipping lines

Business use case is that the values will be filled by the warehouse operator at the time of pick confirm transaction and that should be available for shipping agent while doing the ship confirm transaction.

How each pick confirm and shipment lines are linked using any transaction possible way by SAAS Table or REST API or SOAP API etc?
