Constraint Plan - why There is Demand unmet for FG even when cumulative total is .5 days

Summary:

Team, we are using constraint plan. WE booked certain Sales orders however there is no planned order. WE are not using forecast.

All sales order with 1 quantity and ship date within next month appearing as unmet demand

We have validated BOM and all components are active currently. Create supply is also set as Yes for all items. Total Cumulative for FG is .5 days and planning horizon is 2 years. Maximum PTF is 5 days for one of the component

We are not using resource capacity but just lead time and other constraints. There are no substitutes and alternate suppliers and supplier capacity.
