Is there any way to load the Access groups for courses and offerings through HDL

We have hundreds of courses and offerings; is there any way we can update Access Groups (for Course > Learners > Access Group > Add Access Group and for Offering > Learners > Access Group > Add Access Group) through HDL? or any other workaround ?
