Relabel field in Job Requisition Details Page

Hello,

Is it possible to relabel the seeded comments field under Recruiting > Job Requisition> Basic Info > Comments? We customized this field using page composer in the Responsive UI, but when I attempted to change the field label using the User Interface Text Tool, it didn't update.
