On EPCMCS, Is it possible to increase performance of Job Export Data, Job Import Data ?

I have a problem about when run Job Export Data on EPCMCS, Duration time is very long.
example:
Run Job Export Data with data 4.3m rows, Duration time is around 27mins.
Run Job Import Data with data 140m rows, Duration time is around 7hrs.
