Understand how data gets populated in to the table EGP_FULL_CATEGORY_LIST and EGP_FULL_CATEGORY_LIST_V

Client wants to write a few OTBI and BIP reports based on these table/view but there is no data. We have Categories available in the instance. We also ran the ESS job Refresh Product Hub Snapshot. However the data is unavailable.

Can someone help us to undertand the steps need to be performed to get data to these obhects.
