Getting error beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Provided CourseNumber is not valid! when trying to update

When I am trying to update the LinkedIn Course's Manage Default access's SelfViewMode from 'No Access' to 'Detail View' using HDL getting error below.
"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-handleLogicalCreate::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Provided CourseNumber is not valid!: STRINGMANAGER: Key: beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Provided CourseNumber is not valid! not found in bundle oracle.apps.hcm.learn.core.learnMetadataService.businessobjects.learningitems.courses.v3.view.CourseV3VOImpl: STRING"

Since LinkedIn courses are not visible to learner due to No Access, business want to update this to 'Detail View'. Kindly help, since the HDL load I am using is giving error. Attached the HDL.
