Need to remove validation method in blacklist termination
Dear Team,
Here we have already enabled a notice period validation for employee termination process but currently user need to remove this validation in blacklist termination. Therefore we have to remove this validation method from blacklist termination action. Is there any possibility to do this and appreciate your support on this.
