How to add Itinerary in a Manual Shipment (SAW)

I Created an Itinerary with source and destination Geo Hierarchy (Country) and added lane definition country code (same country) and added single Leg with defined Interim Points.

While Creating Manual Shipment (SAW shipment) I can add the Itinerary with the Leg ID and then Added two Stops (Pickup & Drop off).

When I click Finished and created the Shipment Successfully, The Itinerary Leg ID vanished and the Stops aren't updated with the interim points defined previously in the itinerary.
