Is there a way to automatically terminate chats for the agent?

Does anyone know of a way to automatically terminate chats so the agents don't have to click Terminate? I thought maybe I could write a business rule but I don't have the right conditions available. Same for workspace rules. 

Has anyone done this and if so, how?
