Warning message is received when Validate Contract Terms action is run for User variables

Summary:

User variables whose source is a Descriptive flexfield has been added to the Simplified Terms Contract Template. Flexfields have values and are being pulled into the Contract terms itself. But when Validate Contract Terms action is run, I am getting a Warning Message to provide values for such variables.
