Update standard cost as transfer price

We want to check if there is any possibility of updating the standard cost of the Item from the transfer price. Details below:

We are creating a transfer order from one inventory organization to the other (BU #1 to BU #2). Standard cost of the item in BU #1 is $100. While transferring this item, mark-up is applied and transfer price is $150.

This item is now received in BU #2. Is it possible to automatically update this $150 as the standard cost of this item in BU #2.

Please advice.
