Bulk update BPA in supplier portal via cxml in oracle fusion

Summary:

Business have a requirement where they want Supplier's to update BPA lines in bulk from Supplier Portal itself.

Wanted to check if there's a file based BPA update system which can be done by Suppliers from Supplier Portal; like CSV, cXML etc.
