Hi All,

I am looking for a workaround on how to get the real time OSC agent's status (available , unavailable) and give this information to external website, say index page hosted on different domain other than RightNow domain where the index page will show agent status available or unavailable. Please see the attached screenshot..

My thoughts:

>  can we call REST API on chat_agent_session_rt table to get the real time agent status? But I didn't find such thing...
