Constant need to run Learn ESS Index Process to refresh Learn status

Summary:

Since we have implemented Redwood in Learn, we have found that we have to run 'ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS'

for 'fa-hcm-learningrecord' to update learn statuses for both the learn admin and managers.

Employees are completing their PMPs, but manager's still show the status as 'in progress'.

This is causing an issue with our PMP deadlines and increasing the amount of calls we receive to troubleshoot.

Is there any way to resolve this? We were told not to schedule this job to run daily/ weekly however this seems to be the fix.
