Worker Time Processing Profiles values disappear once Redwood Time and Labor has been enabled?

Summary:

After a P2T Refresh, I have validated that the Worker Time Processing Profiles values were populated for our Employees. Then once I enabled Redwood Time and Labor, the values were gone. Why does this happen? What impact does this have on Payroll?
