We have a requirement to attach more than 10MB files to Business Users.

We have a requirement to attach more than 10MB files to Business Users. As of now 'Send email' REST allows 10MB only. Any chance to increase this by requesting for governor limit increase or it is not possible at the moment and how to request to enhance this?
