A custom field on SR Creation page which can select people from LoVs like Primary point of contact

Hi All

Customer has a requirement to replicate Primary Point of Contact field or a field which exposes LoV that has Primary Point of Contact's Reportees on SR Creation Page in Redwood Page. I tried to create the custom field by choosing application composer in Sand box and tried to add Dynamic Field but could not find a way to replicate it. Customer wants this requirement to be implemented as it is important for them to discuss about their Reportees' appraisals and the ticket routing will be based on the Reportee's region that is selected
