Deactivate OGL widget feature only for Recruit Module

We want to deactivate OGL widget feature only for Recruit Module which is now appearing without adding this functionality for this specific module.

We have implemented Learn module in IOM. But this guided learning cloud functionality is appearing for other modules also like Recruit and Performance.

While doing hiring, we identified Question mark to some of the fields and it has special note on that and when we clicked on that question mark, it gives support text which we didn't see earlier. When is it getting displayed like this now?

Is there a way or configuration to deactivate the OGL functionality only for Recruitment module.
