filter option in oic lookup for fetching matched record

right now, filter option is not there in OIC lookup and and if our lookup has multiple entries it will span into multiple pages and every page it display 50 records and also for going through 50 records we need to use scrolls and select record which we wanted to edit it, so filter option will relay help here saving each oic developers time
