How to define a Effective-Of attributes for Patch in Visual Builder?

Hi,

We would to use Visual Builder for update flexfield PER_LOCATION_DFF on Location in hcm but when we try to upload the changes receive this error: "Updating date effective attribute is not allowed. Please remove following attribute from payload: EffectiveStartDate". After we remove the attribute we receive this "Effective-Of header is required for UPDATE operation on date effective resource". How to define this attribute?
