Enable the 'View Total Compensation Statement' for employee under 'Me'

I have a requirement to enable 'View total compensation statement' for employee(under 'ME' tab) to view the previous compensation statement.

I have checked the structure in sandbox.

I have tried with the below privilege, but still not getting it:
