Absence Recording - Maternity Leave ( Childbirth or Placement)

Summary:

While recording an Maternity Leave, if user selects the 'Won't return to Work' option, they are unable to select the Planned End date.

We have enabled the 'Intend not to return to work' field under Data and Duration section in Absence type.

So while recording an Absence, we are able to see the 'Won't return to work' field. However, while recording absence, if employee select that option, planned end date field is disabled.

Also, we are unable to capture the end data and in system it is showing as 'End date not determined'/'Open Ended' and also showing duration of the leave as 0.
