page composer - how to edit "ok" button in add activity page within specialization

Hi all,
From My Client Group > Learning > Specialization > Activity > Add activity, we would like to edit the "ok" buttom. As you can see below, there is the row related to the button and we can edit it. But when we do it, the same change happens to the "Delete" button on the "document record" page.
As you can see, from My Client Group > Document record > Selecting an employee > selecting a document, the "Delete" Button is edited after our page composer modification. If, via page compser, we select the row related to the "Delete" button, we retrieve the configurations made in "Specialization" page.
