Currency conversion rate date in Receipt Accounting logic

Summary:

PO created in foreign currency and rate type is Spot and rate date also specified in the PO. Invoice Match Option = Receipt

Conversion Rate Type = User

Conversion Rate Date in PO = 01-07-2024

We received the goods on 31-07-2024 and processed the transaction in Receipt Accounting. We could see the conversion rate date used in receipt accounting in from the PO conversion rate date and not the actual receipt date.

Receipt Date : 31-07-2024

Conversion Rate Date in Receipt Accounting = 01-07-2024

Due to this its become compliance issue at client end.

Expectation is receipt date should be the conversion rate used for deriving the conversion rate.
