"Download for my direct report" from Team Learning is editable?

Hi all,
from My Team > Learning, are available from Release 24B these two actions.
The files contain lots of columns which are not necessarily relevant for the manager (ID's, Assignment numbers,…). I already checked in VBS but not clear how to customize this. I would like to be able to delete some columns and if possible add others.
has anyone managed to edit them?
