Is there any possibility to remove the records in Employment Info

Summary:

Hi Team,

On the Employment info page in the Business title drop down I can see two records,one is Related to Pending worker and another one is related to employee.
Is there any possibility to remove the pending worker record or Restrict to see that pending record.
